1 - Visible, Honest & Inspiring Leadership

Ensure leaders are visible, honest, and inspiring. Clearly communicate the why behind the change to create urgency and align everyone with a shared vision of a better future. Be transparent about challenges and acknowledge the past. 


2 - Empower Change Ambassadors

Map stakeholders to understand their influence and interests. Appoint ambassadors across teams to address questions and concerns. Foster a pro-change mindset, and ensure feedback reaches leadership. Engaged ambassadors are the key to building momentum for change.


3 - Plan for success

Assess whether the timing is right for transformation. Create a strong communication plan with clear messages, the right channels, and timing. Invest in training and leveraging the "train the trainer" model to empower employees to adapt, grow, and succeed in their roles.
